Please use the Year/Month/Day format, such as 2009/1/30 or 1999/10/03 when formatting your file's start and end dates prior to importing into Buzz. Let me know if you have additional questions.

I am a new user and just encountered this error as well. It would be helpful if the online help included the date format as well. Thank you.
Can you please put this simple and effective fix into the templates that we are getting sent? Thanks for the help, it worked great with the different format.
