Hi there - We are having difficulty pulling a report - it allows us to choose the course/assessment but the export of data will not finish. We've tried on multiple devices and networks to eliminate connectivity issues, as well as trying various assessments with the same result.

Hey Sami, we are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in this week's update (2/28). Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

A workaround can be applied beforehand until that fix goes live: After a user encounters the "Running" dialogue when running the report, select the browser's refresh button and it will display the analytics data.
