Some documents loaded as course resources aren't accessible to teachers- they get a blank Chrome screen when they try to download it. I've tried reuploading the resources, and it works correctly on my end when proxying as the teacher. The only thing I can think is that I'm on an older version of Chrome- could it be an incompatibility with newer versions of Chrome, or anything else?

Hey Imaya, I would need more details to help diagnose. You say that the course resources aren't accessible to the teacher when they attempt to download it. Are these attachments? Are students able to download them? What kind of resources are they?
Hi Brad. The resource (a .docx) in the right side resource panel (image attached) which would normally be accessed by clicking the three vertical dots, then "download" (or preview for a PDF) is yielding a blank page for a teacher (image attached). The teacher is using Chrome, but I can do the same thing using Chrome and I am able to view/download the document.

Hmmm. I'm not able to reproduce that.
I think I will need more information (e.g., course ID, resource name). Could you create a Support ticket for us to share this information?
