some students cannot load activity content pages

about half of my students are able to log in, open the activity page, and the background loads but none of the content is loading for them. The quizzes are still loading, but none of the reading material or interactive content. I checked for pop-up blockers, tried re-linking the activity, had the students restart their computers, logout and log back in, and checked to be sure they were logged into chrome with their student emails. any advice?

Hey Sarah, I really don't know what could be causing this. Since your LMS and content provider appears to be FLVS, I would recommend reaching out to them to help investigate. They should be most qualified to help.

I was having the same issue with a teacher.  Firefox was the first workaround, but in Chrome if you "Restore settings to their original defaults".  This worked as well.
