I see now that the due dates are before the enrollment start date for the student.  I wasn't aware of this affecting this setting.  Thanks for your help, I can edit enrollment dates to clear it up.

I find that if the students have not logged in since the automatic grade change occurred, then the scores will not have updated until they log in.  Check the last login time.

I'd suggest you go through and combine them all into one pdf as a workaround.  You could then email it out or post it in the course for easy printing.

Sure thing. Admin>courses>locate course>enrollments tab. Here you can check the boxes of the student enrollments you would like to update. Change them from complete to active.
