Teachers unable to proxy as some other teachers

When some teachers (department heads) try to proxy as other teachers, they get an error message "unable to navigate" (code: access denied). . It seems like everyone's domain permissions and hierarchy are set up correctly. Has anyone experienced this and know how to restore proxying abilities to some stubborn accounts? Thanks!

Hello Imaya!

It sounds like the users that encounter this error do not have the same rights as the target user they are attempting to proxy as. When the users encounter an error when proxying there should be a drop-down menu in the error dialogue box that states what rights they are missing to proxy as the target. If additional assistance is needed, please submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
