We have a customer who created a subdomain and copied a course into it. ST's from the parent customer domain were enrolled in the course in the subdomain.
Subsequently, the customer decided to take a different approach and asked for the subdomain to be deleted. To my knowledge, the course is also deleted because I cannot locate it by ID. However, the enrollments for the ST's still include the course that was in the subdomain that was deleted.
Is this expected behavior? It is causing problems with some of our API-based reporting solutions because they are parsing the enrollments associated with Students and they fail when they hit the enrollment associated with the course that can no longer be accessed because it's parent domain was deleted.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hey Jeff, if a domain was deleted then none of the courses, users, nor enrollments should continue to get returned in API requests nor in the UI. If this is not happening, we will need a ticket created with the Support team to further investigate and share details.
Thank you!
Thanks Brad. Can this support posting be turned into a ticket? I can provide additional user, enrollment, domain, and ST ID's for investigation.
Thanks,
Jeff
