Hi I am a student a Premier High school I am having trouble using a headset and mic with the speaking lab for the course HS Spanish I (Sem 1) - PHS North Houston my drivers are up to date and I can confirm that my mic works. please help

so what you are saying is that error is not from the buzz website?
and the first thing I did was reach out to a teacher no one could resolve this issue they are not computer programmers or website designers. I came here to talk with someone who had extensive knowledge in this area.
Yes, it is not the Buzz website itself that is showing this error, but rather the content. I am looking into this more.
