Mic issue with speaking lab

Hi I am a student a Premier High school I am having trouble using a headset and mic with the speaking lab for the course HS Spanish I (Sem 1) - PHS North Houston my drivers are up to date and I can confirm that my mic works. please help

I'm sorry for the issue that you are experiencing. I can tell by your screenshot that the Buzz application is not the one displaying the error, but rather a third-party site or content. I would strongly encourage you to reach out to your teacher or school to receive help to resolve this issue.

and the first thing I did was reach out to a teacher no one could resolve this issue they are not computer programmers or website designers. I came here to talk with someone who had extensive knowledge in this area.

Yes, it is not the Buzz website itself that is showing this error, but rather the content. I am looking into this more.

Hey Dank, I was able to reproduce the problem with the provided content. It appears that the content provider, in this case, is Middlebury. I have reached out to the technical team for your school and, I hope, they will be in touch with you soon.
