Having an issue with a teacher coping a course. The only option given for copying is a derivative child copy. She would like it to be static. When attempting to copy the child copy that she was using for the fall semester is giving an error. "You do not have rights to copy this course. Please choose another course." I also receive the error and have full admin rights. (I believe this is because there are enrollments in the course)
Is it possible for a parent domain (we use gradpoint) to force a limitation on the copy options (Not allow static or sibling options)? Or is there something I can fix?

Hey Ryan:
It is possible for a course provider to limit the types of copies that can be made on a particular course. In your case, it may be limited to not allow for static copies to be made. However, you will need to work with your LMS provider to further investigate if an error is being presented or if you want to confirm if the course is not allowed to be copied.
That was my assumption, thanks for clarifying.
