Our team is noticing that we are receiving an error when trying to access Buzz through our SIS (School Pathways). The error says unable to establish credentials across the bridge. Anyone else experiencing this today?
Since this is a priority and there doesn't appear to be steps provided to experience this reported behavior, I would recommend reaching out to your organization's authorized support contact so that they may escalate this reported behavior. We are not encountering a system outage.
Thank you and please let me know if any of you have additional questions with that!
Since it occurs when coming over from the SIS, have you reached out to your SIS provider to see if they are seeing anything on their side contributing to the behavior? I don't have direct access to their SIS to investigate, but if you are comfortable sharing screenshots or a video link walking through those steps that would be helpful to our investigation. Otherwise, I would recommend doing as Trevor recommended to escalate the issue so this can be addressed for time sensitivity.
Are users able to directly authenticate to Buzz without issue instead of going through the SIS? If they are, then that would more likely point to something possibly on the SIS side.
Ours resolved within the past 10 minutes. Hopefully for others as well! I had reached out to the SIS provider but they thought it was a Buzz situation. Thanks.
Wonderful! If it happens again or is continuing to occur, try authenticating to Buzz directly instead of going through the SIS to help isolate if the SIS is contributing to the behavior.

We are experiencing the same issue with our School Pathways link.
Yes we are experiencing the same at our school
Joel, are you with SP as well?
Yes we use pathways for our students to access Buzz.
Thank you for reporting this!
