We would like to explore this use case. Could you provide me with a screenshot of the error that is being encountered and a user ID and the name of template used which encountered the error?
Thank you. This is causing our team to not be able to give feedback to our students (note that we have used these templates in previous years without error). I have three examples:
1. This is from user 208075869 and the template was called "Signature":
2. This is from the same user as above and the template is called "Incomplete Discussion Activity":
3. This is from user 184131071 and the template is called "Signature Only".
As per our Release Notes on 09/03, we increased the character limit for messages sent from the Grade editor, Grade details, and Inbox from 10KB to 30KB. Is this issue still occurring when teachers try and send feedback? If so, please let us know. Thanks!
It sounds like the team is now able to submit feedback but when they do, items are being attached as images from their signature lines. Is there a recommendation for avoiding this?
Thank you for your patience. I wanted to update you regarding the images being attached when submitting feedback with a signature card. After investigating further, I can confirm that this is by design. Any image included in a feedback message will also appear in the attachment list, allowing users to click on the image and view it at its original size. Since some images may display smaller within the message itself, this feature ensures they can be viewed clearly.
Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks again!
Thanks again! We are now noticing that feedback messages are being cut off. We can't scroll to see the part that isn't showing. This doesn't happen in every case but does in some. Can you help us sort out how to avoid this?
Thank you for reaching out. To help us investigate the issue with feedback messages being cut off, could you please provide the enrollment ID of the student and the activity ID where this is occurring? Once we have that information, we’ll be able to look into it further.
Thank you for your patience as we look into this. I look forward to hearing from you!
Yes, you should be able to find all of the info you need by navigating to the activity, clicking on your profile icon at the top right, then clicking "About".
My apologies for the slight oversight in my previous message. We will still need the enrollment ID of the student in the course to proceed with our investigation.
Perhaps the easiest way to provide this information is to copy the entire URL when you're viewing the grade editor area for the student in question. This will give us the details we need to move forward.
Thank you for your understanding, I look forward to hearing back from you.
This behavior will be addressed in our next release of Buzz, tentatively on 9/19. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can resize the message panel by hovering over the splitter and clicking to drag and resize to see all the feedback.

Hi, just checking if someone is able to investigate this?
