Good comment, Shane. This actually only occurs for courses that were created (originally) in BrainHoney. Any course created from scratch in Buzz does not display the encrypted password, but it is unencrypted for the teacher to see the original password.

The password is still appearing encrypted for the administrator/teacher app. Is this permanent for the courses created (originally) in Brainhoney?

Any course that is Schema 2 will have the password show as encrypted in Buzz. It is possible to update a course to Schema 3 (the version used in Buzz). Be aware that after a course is updated to Schema 3 it should not be used in BrainHoney. To update a course to Schema 3 one would use the API command UpdateCourses.
