I'm having some issues with the feedback templates not working in firefox. I don't know that I have ever gotten them to work, but they do work fine in Chrome. I can write them but they will not insert into the feedback field. Thanks

I attempted to replicate using the same system specs (Firefox 48.0.2 and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit) and the feedback templates worked properly when selected to provide feedback to the student. If the issue continues please coordinate with your authorized support rep to create a ticket for Agilix support agents to investigate more fully.
I checked my settings and found my pop up blocker got turned on, and reset my browser and it began working. Thanks for getting back to me. I guess I was a little hasty in hitting up support.
