Where are the images used for the course tile or thumbnails saved?
I uploaded an image for my course for last semester. However, I have now misplaced that image. I was wanting to try to download it from Buzz so that I can reuse it.

Thumbnail images for courses are stored in the course templates folder. You can access this folder via FTP. The following article, Managing Files with FTP, describes how to access files with FTP. To access the templates folder the path would be /*CourseID*_A/Templates/Data
These directions no longer seem valid with the new editor.
These directions are still accurate for downloading a previously uploaded course tile image. This is not the steps to update the course tile from the UI. For instructions on how to update the course tile in the UI please refer to the following article: How do I manage Course Settings?
What I meant was, the FTP directions in the link you provided are no longer valid as the Syllabus is no longer usable with the new editor. In the resources pane, when clicking on "Add Resources", a simple upload box opens and no longer provides an add multiple files button nor FTP link information.
Thank you for the clarification. For FTP access you can use a standard FTP client to log in with your Buzz credentials (userspace/username format) to ftp://ftp.agilixbuzz.com. The rest of the documentation is correct. A request to update FTP documentation has been passed to our Documentation Team.
Is there a TEMPLATE for the thumbnails or dimensions we should follow if we design our own?
