I just had a student come to me for help whose view always defaults to the simplified view when she switches from class to class regardless of what her settings says. Going into settings and toggling to the other option will make the full view appear for that class. But again once she goes to the next class, we start all over again. Any ideas?

From what you have explained, it sounds as if the setting was not saved properly. Jeremy, could you email me the student's username and domain?
