One of our schools is having trouble accessing Compass Learning assignments. The student view says "Exit" and the title of the activity. Sometimes quizzes will not register clicks. Teachers can't view the assignments when they log in either. Let me know if this is the correct area to post more info. Thanks, Kathleen

Hey Benjamin, for this you should create a Support request. They should be able to help you out as some investigation will be needed.

You should see the 'Submit a request' option in the top-right.
What if we do not see the "Submit a request" option? I am having a similar issue and it has been like this for about a week now.
The "Submit a request" option is available only to designated support point-of-contacts for each institution or are submitted through the reseller. All requests are supposed to be handled through them.
For example, if your institution licenses Buzz through HMH, FLVS, IDLA, or another reseller/content provider, the institution is supposed to work with the provider to resolve their issues.
