In BrainHoney each course had a trash can icon where a teacher who accidentally trashed say an entire module full of student work could then go and restore the entire module. That feature was a real life-saver more times than I can count. Is there a corresponding icon in Buzz? I can't seem to find it, but we're still learning so I'm not saying it isn't there.

It is still there. When you are in the Curriculum Map and the course is selected in the list of items, it is on the right. It looks like a file box.
