Students Suddenly Unable to Log In (Eternal Circular LOADING Icon)

This weeks, students across the board were unable to log in.  They see a white screen with the standard Agilix circular "loading" icon...seemingly eternally.  These are students on Macs and PCs, all on different networks in different areas of the state. We have no idea what is causing it, but students are unable to log in. Any ideas on what might have changed in the last week to cause this issue?

Heath,

We experienced the same here in Crown Point.  We think that it was caused by the device keeping the older release of Buzz in its cache and that conflicting with the newer release.  When we had our students clear out their browsing history or internet caches, the problem seems to have gone away.

Hope this helps,

Jeremy

We are getting the same issue today from various students on various networks and devices. Is there an update on this issue?

I am looking into this. Are any of you aware if these issues are continuing to occur? Is this an ongoing issue?

We believer that this was related to a server change that occurred on October 15. If a user happens to experience it, they may clear their cache to resolve the issue. However, the cache (unless the window has been left open for weeks) should have been updated by itself already.

Thank you for communicating to us your students' experiences. Please don't hesitate to tell us if this issue is still occurring and clearing the cache did not resolve the issue.

Sorry to be a wet blanket on a Friday, but we started getting the same issue yesterday.  Wasn't widespread.  It didn't matter which browser we used either.
