We have a student who consistently seems to have an issue where he answers everything on a matching test and submits, but then when the teacher pulls up the graded test, several of his answers were submitted blank.
We believe now that the problem was tied to using the touch screen to select the answers for those questions. If he used the touch screen to answer some questions, once he submitted, the answers to those questions would stay visible on his device, but be submitted blank.
Has anyone else experienced such a thing or can anyone else replicate this? Most of our students don't have touch screens.

Jeremy, do you know which type of touch device it was? Android or iOS? I'll test it.
It is an Acer Chromebook touchscreen.

Jeremy, I'm sorry, but I've been unable to reproduce this. If the user is still having these problems, I would recommend creating a ticket with our Support team. They may be able to help you gather more details to determine the problem and solution.
