For students within our Agilix Buzz instance of Foundations in Personal Finance, Youth Edition, we would like it to have the support email be support@cityvision.edu instead of what it is currently. How would we change this?
I don't seem to have a log in that I recall to the Agilix Buzz instance anymore.
If that is not what is needed, could you provide the Buzz domain URL and a screenshot of the location where the email address needs to be changed? Please note that this is a public site and that you are comfortable with sharing information within your screenshots that others may view. If you don't have access to Buzz, then you may need to reach out to someone within your organization to help you gain access or can provide you with that requested information.

To clarify, do you mean a custom menu by which students can reach out to support? For example, see How do I create custom support contact links?
