How do I create custom support contact links?

Buzz allows you to create a custom Main Menu entry that appears above Help, and is designed to give users the chance to contact support. The entry can be set up to send each type of user (Student, Parent, Teacher, and Admin) to a different URL.

  1. Open the side menu in Domain > Details.  
  2. Select Edit Settings.
  1. Scroll to the bottom left corner of the window and click XML Editor.
  1. In Buzz Settings, provide the title of the menu entry and the desired URL for each role in the following format:
<support-links title="INSERT DESIRED MENU ENTRY FOR HELP" teacher="INSERT SUPPORT 
    URL FOR TEACHERS" student="INSERT SUPPORT URL FOR STUDENTS" parent="INSERT 
    SUPPORT URL FOR PARENTS" admin="INSERT SUPPORT URL FOR ADMINS" />
  1. Save.
