Received report that the Print icon on the Performance tab is not functioning

Hello,

I am unfamiliar with what the behavior should be, but I received a report from a user this AM that he can no longer print the content of the Performance tab when viewing a particular student record.  Specifically, the appearance of the page changes slightly, but there is no indication or other dialog that allows the user to print the content.

I confirmed by Proxying as this user (admin) with several browsers and noticed the same behavior.

Confirmed that pop-up blocker settings were disabled.

Is there something wrong with this Print icon in the UI?

Hello Jeff,

We are unable to reproduce any errors when attempting to print the progress reports. Please escalate through an authorized support rep and also verify there are not any domain customizations that would prohibit the print behavior.
