How do I run User Activity Reports?

Generate User Activity Reports to get a high-level perspective on users' time spent in Buzz.

To run User Activity Reports:

  1. Open Reports from the Main Menu, select User Activity Reports and choose one of the following:

User login and logout times

  1. Provide the user name or ID of the user you want the report for and click Next.
  2. Choose date range for the report and click Next.
  3. Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.

Comma-separated values (CSV) files use plain text and pre-determined fields to organize data as tables. Open these files with spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

User enrollment activity

  1. Provide the user name or ID of the user you want the report for and click Next.
  2. Filter the data if you want to:
    • Include past enrollments
    • Exclude overlapping time
  3. Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.

Comma-separated values (CSV) files use plain text and pre-determined fields to organize data as tables. Open these files with spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Domain user activity

  1. Provide the domain name or ID of the user you want the report for and click Next.
  2. Choose date range for the report and click Next.
  3. Indicate the Maximum number of users and Filter the data indicate whether you want:
    • Login and logout times
    • Enrollment activity summary
  4. Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.

Domain users not logged in

  1. Provide the domain name or ID of the domain you want the report for and click Next.
  2. Choose date range for the report and click Next.
