In the Administrator app, Buzz's Subdomains, Courses, Users, and Enrollments tools all allow you to Delete and Restore items.
Deleting items
To Delete items in these pages:
- Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you want to delete.
- Open the More menu in the toolbar.
- Click Delete.
- Buzz asks you to confirm that you want to delete the item(s) my clicking a checkbox.
- When deleting domains or subdomains, notice that you are also deleting all subdomains, courses, users, and enrollments within them.
- When deleting courses, notice that you are also deleting all enrollments associated with those courses.
- When deleting users, notice that you are also deleting all enrollments associated with those users.
- Click Delete.
Restoring items
To Restore deleted items:
- On the Subdomains, Courses, Users, or Enrollments screen, open the More menu.
- Click Restore.
- Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you want to restore.
- Click Restore.
The items reappear in the tool.
Note
- After restoring a domain or subdomain, you have to manually restore all subdomains, courses, users, and enrollments that were in them if you want them restored.
- After restoring a course, you have to manually restore all enrollments that were associated with that course if you want them restored.
- After restoring a user, you have to manually restore all enrollments hat were associated with that user if you want them restored.
