How do I restore deleted domains, subdomains, courses, users, and enrollments?

In the Administrator app, Buzz's Subdomains, Courses, Users, and Enrollments tools all allow you to Delete and Restore items.

Deleting items

To Delete items in these pages:

  1. Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you want to delete.
  2. Open the More menu in the toolbar.
  3. Click Delete.
  1. Buzz asks you to confirm that you want to delete the item(s) my clicking a checkbox.
    • When deleting domains or subdomains, notice that you are also deleting all subdomains, courses, users, and enrollments within them.
    • When deleting courses, notice that you are also deleting all enrollments associated with those courses.
    • When deleting users, notice that you are also deleting all enrollments associated with those users.
  2. Click Delete.

Restoring items

To Restore deleted items:

  1. On the Subdomains, Courses, Users, or Enrollments screen, open the More menu.
  2. Click Restore.
  1. Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you want to restore.
  2. Click Restore.

The items reappear in the tool.

Note

  • After restoring a domain or subdomain, you have to manually restore all subdomains, courses, users, and enrollments that were in them if you want them restored.
  • After restoring a course, you have to manually restore all enrollments that were associated with that course if you want them restored.
  • After restoring a user, you have to manually restore all enrollments hat were associated with that user if you want them restored.
