I have a student that is enrolled and unable to login using his credentials. It is telling him that his login method is not allowed.

In the people (student's name list) section. My administrator deactivated them and they are still showing on my screen. I have several. I highlighted a few on the attached PDF for your reference.  ...

I am unable to hide students that are no longer active. How do I do this.
