I've not had this problem using Firefox. Maybe try updating your browser?
Are you using ctrl+c to copy, sometimes right click won't work in a browser.

I see you have fixed the bug...now zeros are not being entered at the due date at all because we always allow late submissions. The setting should be tied to the due date and not the grace period ...

I checked my settings and found my pop up blocker got turned on, and reset my browser and it began working. Thanks for getting back to me. I guess I was a little hasty in hitting up support.
