Sure thing. Admin>courses>locate course>enrollments tab. Here you can check the boxes of the student enrollments you would like to update. Change them from complete to active.

In the gradebook settings, choose, show non-gradable activities.  Then you can mark these activities complete and they will be removed from the to-do list.

We were trying to upload from Google Drive, I think I can just get the students to post a hyperlink to the image in Drive and that should suffice.  Thanks for responding.
