I find that if the students have not logged in since the automatic grade change occurred, then the scores will not have updated until they log in.  Check the last login time.

I see now that the due dates are before the enrollment start date for the student.  I wasn't aware of this affecting this setting.  Thanks for your help, I can edit enrollment dates to clear it up.

I'd suggest you go through and combine them all into one pdf as a workaround.  You could then email it out or post it in the course for easy printing.
