Link option does not appear when trying to copy content from another course

I followed the instructions from here https://support.agilix.com/hc/en-us/articles/205247679-How-do-I-link-to-or-copy-content-from-another-course- but when I get into the library it does not show the link and copy options. The course where I'm copying things from is in the same domain and the course in subscriber search index box on the Publisher options card is checked. I'm the admin and have full access to the system.

Good morning Raphael,

I'm sorry you're running into trouble with this! Can you please provide the course ID that you are copying from as well as the course ID that you are attempting to copy to? Also, can you provide a detailed list of the steps that you have taken and what you are experiencing?

If it will be easier to show with screenshots and video walking the viewer through the reproduction steps, I would recommend submitting a ticket to Agilix Support.
