As our school year is closing I need to make all of our current seniors inactive. I know there is a way to do this using a csv file. I have all the students user id numbers, I just need confirmation on how to set up the csv file. I am guessing it is similar to bulk adding enrollments but need to know the column titles. I currently have Action, User ID, & Status. Is there more I need to add and what should I put under Action?

Hey Neal, there are two ways you can accomplish this: CSV or bulk update.
If you are using the CSV approach, then it should work by using a CSV in this format.
