We were wondering how long a teacher has to submit a students grade for completion after the students enrollment end date has passed before they are put in an "expired" status. Is this is a setting that can be changed in the system to allow a certain number of days or is it automatic after the enrollment end date? Thank you
A student enrollment will become "expired" after 14 days. Generally, when this happens, they are hidden from the course gradebook. However, a teacher can always change their gradebook display options to display inactive (in this case, expired) enrollments. This allows them to submit grades for these expired enrollments at any time.
