On Fri, Oct 23, BusyBee stopped grading any submissions that were Google files. It will still grade PDFs, .docx, and responses submitted in the comment box in the dropbox. Is this a known issue, and is there a fix for it anytime soon?

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for reporting this. BusyBee’s Grading Assistant can grade attached Google Docs, Slides and Sheets only when Google Workspace is integrated with your domain. Without the integration, BusyBee can’t open the Google file, so it has nothing to grade.
We recently made BusyBee show the reason when it skips grading a submission in the Grade Editor. When it doesn’t grade a Google file, you’ll now see a message saying why.
If your domain already has Google Workspace integrated and BusyBee still isn’t suggesting grades for Google files, please send us an example so we can look into it:
Grading Assistant: BusyBee’s teacher aid lists every submission type BusyBee can grade.
I am not the admin for our school, but as far as I know, the Google Workspace integration is there. At least it WAS there before last Friday.
On these assignments with Google file submissions, BusyBee doesn't even show a reason why it is skipping grading it.

Thank you for the information!
I have confirmed that Google Workplace is not enabled on the domain.
Thank you for confirming that. I will reach out to my admin.
