Hello,
My student is having an issue accessing any content in his courses. He is able to log in, and when he tries to enter a module, he receives the message "Content Failed to Load: LTI Configuration not authorized to course."
He has tried accessing his courses through different computers, his phone, and Wi-Fi networks, and I logged in as the student and received the same message. What can I do to resolve this issue? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Gina,
Thanks for the detailed description! The message “LTI configuration not authorized to course” comes from the outside content provider whose lessons are embedded in these courses, not from Buzz itself. When Buzz opens that content, it sends the provider the Buzz course ID. If the provider doesn’t have that course approved for your school’s account, it rejects the request and shows this message. That’s why it happens on every device and network, and when you log in as the student.
Because this needs to be fixed in the provider’s settings, please contact your school’s authorized support representatives (such as your Buzz administrator or IT team) and ask them to raise this with your content provider. They’ll want to include:
Once the provider approves those courses for your school’s account, the student should be able to open the content normally.
