I have a base course with many derivative courses underneath that base course. I noticed from Course Manager of the base course there is an area of section tools and a gradebook. That gradebook is showing up blank despite me having students in derivative courses under that base course. I was hoping that gradebook would show all enrollments across all derivative courses. Is that not the case?

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately that is not the case. You would first need to navigate to the gradebook of the course where the students are enrolled to see their grades, even if it is a derivative course.

That's unfortunate. It seems like a missed opportunity to make it significantly easier to manage students across multiple sections. I appreciate the response nonetheless.
