I created a student account. I misspelled part of the username for the student. Is there a way for me to edit the username?

Good morning, Dara! Thanks for reaching out to us!

It is possible for your admins to import a CSV file with the corrected username.

Or, the Admins can use the API to update it.

If you need additional assistance with those processes, to ensure security since it involves a user's credential, you may escalate this topic with BYU-IS, and if needed, they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
