Hello,
Can you let me know if we can limit specific areas on landing pages for teachers to edit? I want to try to keep the landing pages consistent and I would like to know what permissions and features exist to limit editing on landing pages and to streamline consistency with certain areas.

There isn't a way to limit teacher edits to specific areas of the landing page.
It is possible to prevent teachers from making edits to the overall landing page. That would require revoking the course Edit permission on the teacher's enrollments. By doing this, the teacher will not have access to the course editor.
It is also an option to use Domain-Wide landing page content for consistency.
