I am curious if there is a way to override a student's "mark this as complete" option, so those items will show up on the to-do list again. Specifically, an item that has been given a due date, set to have students "mark as complete", but is not made gradeable. If the student has marked "complete" but needs to redo the work, how does one get that item to show back up on the to-do list. Thank you for your help!

You could probably use the clipboard to reassign the activity to only those students who need to redo it.
