I am sorry that some users were encountering that message. Without being able to see a screenshot of the message I can only guess that the cause may have been that Buzz throttled some users during that time and then quickly recovered. I am not experiencing issues with access/navigation in Buzz at this time.
If users are still experiencing that message I recommend that you reach out to your organization's authorized contact to have a ticket submitted to Agilix Support so we can examine it in more detail.
