The activity ID in your screenshots doesn't appear to exist in the course. Is this behavior still occurring, and, if so, could you provide us with a new example of it? Thanks in advance!

This behavior is still occurring for our contractor, though it is not predictable. These are more screenshots, once again, looking the same as before. We'd like to get this resolved ASAP as my publisher is on a deadline. :) Thanks!

I am unable to experience your reported behavior after creating an additional essay question in that activity example you provided. It might be helpful for our investigation if you could provide the raw question data (text editor setting enabled) that you attempted to supply in the question editor which failed so we can try to replicate the behavior.

Since this is a public forum, if you do not feel comfortable with sharing content, you may reach out to your organization's authorized support contact to submit a ticket to Agilix Support. This will also be helpful if this needs to be addressed in a more time sensitive manner.

I'm actually that designated person for my company. I'm the Lead Developer/Project Manager. Can you give directions to submit a Help Desk ticket? I have looked for this and cannot find it anywhere. Thanks!
