The gradebook for one of my classed is showing 0% /F for all of my students no matter how much passing work they have done I am sure it is a setting that has been checked or unchecked but I can't determine which one.
Is the zero score in reference to the course score? If so, when you go to the student gradebook for any particular student this is impacting and you scroll down the list of the activities, do you see any activities with a red thumbs-down icon? If so, that indicates the student did not achieve the passing score threshold defined in that activity's settings. In such cases the threshold in the activity settings will need to to be altered.
If that is not the case, could you provide a screenshot (without sensitive information) of what you are seeing that is at issue, along with the course ID?
