We have created a subdomain that will house courses for one of our clients. We have created student and teacher user accounts within the subdomain and enrolled them in a course with appropriately assigned roles. When the users attempt to log in to our instance of Buzz they get the following message:
Invalid username or password
Code InvalidCredentials
Error ID 77ecd44620724769ac274d978dfb0f2b
If the user accounts are housed within the same subdomain as the courses and they attempt to login through the Buzz UI with their username and password and it provides that error, that means they have either supplied a wrong username or password or both.
Can the users try the Forgot Password option on the Buzz domain login page if they know their username? That will allow the users to reset their password if they have been inputting it incorrectly.
