"Unable to submit" Unknown Error when submitting quiz - curious what might cause this

Hello! We have gotten a couple of reports from students in different districts that they encountered the following error pop-up when they tried to submit quizzes (in this case, pre-tests that were the first assignment in their courses). We are unable to replicate, and it seems like the students were eventually able to submit. I am curious - any ideas on what might have caused this issue? My instinct was perhaps a navigation snag, if the student was clicking around in multiple tabs before returning to submit. However, we've never seen this error before and I couldn't find the exact one here in the Help Center reported previously. Ideas?

The error in the pop-up was:

Unable to Submit
Code: UnknownError
Message: [object Object]

Hello Meri! 

Well that's unexpected for sure. I apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred. If users are continuing to encounter that error I recommend reaching out to your organization's authorized contact to submit a ticket to Agilix Support. Without additional details it will be difficult to determine the cause of this reported behavior in this post.
