Our G Suite is integrated and student sees CREATE ATTACHMENT FROM TEMPLATE when attempting to complete activity but receives Unable to copy template to your Google Drive error. Code: TokenResponse Error ID: f70dca67104a4575a536bd7c0d0cec45 (THIS ID CHANGES WITH EACH ATTEMPT) Message: Error:"invalid_grant", Description:"Not a valid email or user ID.",Uri:"" Google Admin user shows email for testing student as: student1@xxxxxxxx Is there a setting I need to adjust either in Buzz or Google that will address this?

Since this is a public forum it is not advisable to place email addresses or other personal information within it for others to view.
It looks like the user account may have a different email address than what the G Suite organization is using. If additional assistance is needed, please have your authorized support contact submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
