I have an instructor who created an activity in her course and now it's asking her for a password but the settings don't have that selected (needing a password). Is there somewhere else where this can be activated that I'm not aware of?
There are two password areas in the activity settings that can be utilised for two different scenarios. One can be set to be used when the student navigates to the activity and enters the password to view the activity. The other password setting is when the student attempts to start the exam.
Another possible area that can enforce a password is in the folder that the activity is nested under.
If you are not seeing where the password is coming from, please provide the course and activity ID and I will be happy to investigate.
