Hello! We were looking for a way to clear a student's 0 score from an assignment, and I found a related article from several years ago mentioning that this isn't possible for autograded assignments. With that being said, would you consider making that more clear at least in your help/support article documentation? For instance, the "How do I use the Grade Editor to review and grade activities?" article's Grading Panel section notes: "Use Full credit to assign full points, No credit to assign zero points, and Clear to remove all points." This is misleading because the Clear button appears for all grade editor windows but it only works for manually graded assignments.
Alternatively, I would like to suggest that you actually make it work for autograded assignments as well - that would be FANTASTIC as an option for teachers! If that's not possible, at least clarifying in the documentation would be helpful. Thank you!
