Hi,
It seems like the ability to see the options on the rich text editor from any point in the edit screen of Buzz has changed with the latest release at the end of last week. I used to be able to select any portion of text and make changes, but not I have to scroll all the way back to the top to see the options. Is this something that can be changed back. It is taking me a lot longer to make edits as I have to keep scrolling up and down and refinding my place in the text to change fonts, spacing, add media, etc.

Can I please get the following so that I may replicate this behavior and further investigate?
1. Reproduction steps.
2. A course ID for where this is occurring.
3. And an Activity ID for where this is occurring.
