One of our teachers found that her feedback templates from last year did not carry over to this year. Is there any reason this may have occurred?

Hey Julianne Cochran, feedback templates should always carry over with the same user. We can look into the user's history to see where it may have gone.

Could you work with your Buzz provider to submit a support ticket so we can look into the user's history?
