buzzybee has a limit for the amount of questions I can ask, why is this and can I get it exstended

Thanks for reaching out! BusyBee does have a limit on the number of Get Help questions a user can ask within an hour. This is in place to help manage system performance and ensure a consistent experience for all users. When users encounter that message, they will need to wait and try again later. 

That said, we’d love to better understand your specific use case. Could you share a bit more about how you’re using BusyBee and what’s prompting the need for additional requests?
