I would like to request a way via district settings or course settings to hide or remove the student to-do list. This list has on many an occasion caused confusion for students, they will often look to the to-do list and skip over any content without a due date. Despite our best efforts, and multiple strategies, this continues to be an issue, we would LOVE the ability to remove this feature.
I also think the To-Do list is flawed. It keeps items on there that are marked with a retry allowed, and I mark the retry because I want students to know that they can still work on those items to improve the score. It busies the list, and makes it too much. Also, it does skip over the preliminary non-graded assignments like videos and other items that are useful for student use.
